FAQ'S

No. We are a direct-to-consumer company both in pricing and strategy. You will generally pay a premium for the ability to test ride. Due to our direct to consumer pricing strategy, we do not have nationwide dealer partnerships. There are some very helpful videos on YouTube reviewing the bike and detailing a closer look.

This article will explain all about what to expect when ordering a bike from us. Ordering With Us

I am new to ebikes, but I am pretty sure I made the right choice, pretty easy to put together we did it in our living room, easy to ride I like the weight, the style, The frame of the ST is perfect because I am short. Although my boyfriend at 6’ puts the seat up and gets a good ride too! The turnaround time between ordering and arrival was super quick, And everything was well packaged and undamaged. Looking forward to spring & summer, I have only had a few chilly rides this December in VT, it seems to have plenty of power and battery life.

Absolutely phenomenal bike. It handles some New Orleans bumpy Ridge which I travel slow when I go over that kind of stuff but it’s so nice when you get a smooth patch of pavement.

Coming on 300 miles bike is still doing great. Almost time for a Spoke tensioner but they’re still doing excellent. Quite phenomenal worked on the brakes a little bit got every hundred miles you get about 62 over 70 miles per charge I lower the amperage down for pedal-assist 1 and 2 nice to be able to do that. Physical features how I rigged it out in the photographs below the seat post is different. The place where I have the trailer hitch mounted is fabricated. Added bike lights not that the bike needs more lights at all and they don’t really draw that much energy off the battery.

Great bike overall I’ve put 50 miles on it and I can say it’s does what it’s intended to do. The fenders don’t make noise contrary to some reviews, the bike is very sturdy and makes you feel in control; something you need when your riding at 28mph! Handles and seat are very comfortable and shifter is perfectly located by your right hand fingers. The water bottle’s holders position are a bit inconvenient in that i can’t fit a regular 20 oz canteen because of the top bar being slanted down, but I’ll just have to get another smaller bottle. One other issue I found was that the battery percentage on the controller doesn’t seem to be quiet accurate in displaying what’s left, maybe it goes off of the watts your using at that current time to determine what’s left because when I lower my assistance it goes back up in percentage. Either way the pros are above and beyond for the price. All I need is my panniers and I’m set, good job ride1up!

Purchased now 2 sets of a 700 ST for my wife and a Ltd for me. Why 2? Well made the mistake of using a cable based lock which have now learned is way too easy for a thief to cut with bolt cutters on your first ride to lunch, don’t make that mistake! Second time I researched every option once again and still was convinced the Ride1Up models are the best value for the money. The 700 is fairly easy to assemble, make sure to plan on getting your assembly checked by a pro, however! Everything about this bike is beautiful, the frame and integrated battery, the color (blue) and design. Rides like a dream, I don’t bother using the battery on flats unless I’m just really tired. Fantastic bike, all minor issues I had assembling after very fast delivery were quickly answered by their support service and resolved. Great bike, great service and support. Please support this excellent company!

This bike has given me a new “lease on bike”. I have been an avid cyclist all my life and my knees were requiring icing after each ride and had to give it up for 3 yrs…no more….”back in the saddle” and “on the road again”. You choose how much effort to put it and the bike takes care of the rest. Love it…I call it the “beast” because it is built so solid. Grinning from ear to ear while I ride. Great customer service…had a faulty shifter and R1U promptly sent me a replacement. Highly recommend.

This is the second Ebike i have purchased and must say it is incredible. Recieved it within 3 days after placing my order.
    It came very well packaged.
The assembly time Was about 1 hour, took longer to remove all of protective wrapping then acually Puting it together. I reviewed the vido beforehand which really comperhinsive.
Love the Power range and how well the bike handles. Compared to our Aventon Pace ST it is more pleasurable to ride. The suspension is great. We live in an aera with long fairly steep grades and it handle those roads with ease. Love the option range of the PAS up to 9 with capability of choosing % of Power at each level. I would Highly recomend Ride 1up 700 series . The price you pay for the quality is truly remarkable. 5 stars *****

LOVE everything about my new bike! I have a slight rattle sound that I need to have looked at, but I’m sure it’s a minor fix.
