I just purchased both the ST and XR models. The ST for my wife and the XR for me. I received the ST first l. I’m 5’ 9” and even though it says the ST is good for 6’2”, I had the seat all the way up and it needed to go up a little more That’s why I decided to get the XR for myself. Both bikes fit us fine now. The bikes arrived very well packed in boxes. There was no damage to either bike. Assembly was pretty straight forward following the YouTube video. It took about 2 hours for each bike. The only assembly issue I had and it was on both bikes was the adjustable stem. It was frozen on both bikes. On the first, Ride1Up sent me a new one right away. On the second, they reimbursed me for buying one on Amazon. The first thing that impressed me about the bike was the speed. I like to ride fast and It cruises at about 24 mph and I can get it to 30 mph pedaling hard. I basically keep it in 8th gear all the time and if I stop, I use the throttle to get back up to speed. At power level 3 (out of 5) I go 20 mph. If I use 4, I can go 24 mph and if I use 5 it will go 30. It feels very stable riding. I can ride no hands pretty well with no wobble but it has a slight lean to the right. The shifter works well but I don’t shift very much. It would be nice to have one more higher gear to go a little bit faster. It has great hydraulic brakes. The shifter is great. The seat is comfortable. The kick stand is very good. The fenders are very sturdy. The rack in the back is very nice. I think I will buy the basket to go on it. I’ve seen some comments that the motor is loud. When I ride the wind noise is all I hear. I’ve seen some comments that the headlight is “to be seen”. I disagree. I ride at night and the headlight works fine. I haven’t ridden far enough to determine the total range on the bike but so far I have no complaints. Bottom line, I love the bike. I haven’t ridden a bike in years. I’ve ridden this bike every day that I’ve had it. The gray color is nice but I like the blue better.

I am a 70 year old male. After 8 years of riding my Trek Dual Sport 8.3 and just having it turn 20,000 miles, I decided I wanted a little assist when riding up hills in New York State and riding into the wind in New York and Florida. I purchasing a used e-bike that I really liked. However, it only had a 250 Watt motor. Me weighing 210 lbs., I needed more power up hills. After much more research, friends recommendations, and reading reviews regarding many e-bikes and the equipment included on the bikes, I decided to purchase a Ride1Up 700ST. I received it and am very pleased with the bike. I received it in 3 days from when I ordered it. It was fairly simple to assemble while watching the step by step YouTube video as I did so. Since receiving it on 7/18/24, I have put 281 miles on it in the 28 days of owning it. I am 6'1, and after making some minor adjustments to the handle bars and seat, the bike fits me just right. So far I like the stock gel seat. It's a very comfortable ride with the hydraulic lockout suspension. I've called Ride1Up Customer Service 2 times to clarify the specifics of charging the battery and the seat post height adjustment. They were very responsive, returning my calls quickly. I am very pleased with how easy it is to ride without peddle/battery assist, the smoothness of the ride, the ease of switching to the assist mode, the power of the 750 Watt motor, the available throttle power when needed, the quality of the equipment on the bike itself, the options in the display to adjust the features of the bike, and the all around styling of the bike. I definitely made the right decision in buying the Ride1Up 700ST. It seems to be a quality bike for the cost. A great value. Since my original purchase I've added a mirror, 2 water bottle cages and phone mount. I also added my tool bag, speedometer/odometer (because I had it), electronic horn, toe clips and mud guard that I used on my previous bike. I look forward each day to being able to ride the new 700ST.

I've rode about 200 miles now and am loving the ebike! It was easy to assemble, although I had a mechanic check it over. It rides very smooth and the functions are easy to understand and use. I got about 35 miles on one charge, pushing it moderately. Pretty great first ebike.

It's been almost 2 months since delivery and I love the 700 Series bike! I'm 65 and this is my first e-bike. I had lots of questions when I researched bikes to buy, and Chad from MN very patiently answered them all over the phone. I got an e-bike because of arthritis in my knee and a little shredding starting on my meniscus. I got this one because the feature set was best for the price and it was well reviewed. What a great move. I leave the PAS on 1-2 most of the time and that's all I need, but sometimes I can start up from a stoplight using the throttle which saves my knee and keeps me from wobbling in traffic. It's a heavy beast, but it's maneuverable. With that weight it can be a juggernaut but the brakes work great - better than my old commuter bike. Once you get used to the riding stance it's comfortable. I have almost 50 miles on it (was gone a lot) and the battery still shows half full - never been recharged. I store it outside in a shed and mostly ride flat city streets, but still the battery is impressive. It was hard to put together, but I did it myself in a few days (not a real handy guy).

This bike is awesome! The price point is right. The build is solid. Assembly out in the shipping box was very easy. It rides awesome. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone who is interested in getting an e bike.

My 2nd 700, front fenders need to be re-worked, poor design, battery seems weaker than my last bike. Bastet-quick connect is flimsy, rattles all the time. Still a B+ bike.

I have total praise for my experience in purchasing a series 700 e-bike . The purchase experience was seamless and the bike arrived on time or perhaps a day earlier than promised .
I did have a question about a seal on the pedal shaft . This was dealt with in a super timely and credible fashion .

The bike came well packaged. The assembly was easier than most reviewers say it is; and once assembled everything fit together nicely. Nothing was damaged, and everything works as it should. In addition, all the bike parts such as the derailleur came factory adjusted so very little adjusting was needed. I am new to electric bikes but from my initial test rides, I consider this bike quick, powerful, and a quality product. And so, I give this bike and the Ride1Up company a five star review.

How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am 71 years old, 5' 11", weigh 175 Lbs - and this Ride1Up 700 series (XT - High center bar model) fits and feels like a good fit for me.
