Shipping Information

***Increased shipping demand nationwide has caused delays in tracking updates from Fedex and delays in shipping hubs. All our shipping estimates are delayed beyond the normal timelines.
Delivery time is dependent on your distance from Nevada (our warehouse location). We typically deliver in 2-3 days within the west coast and, or 4-7 days for the east coast.

Bike will arrive 85% assembled (electronics are pre-assembled). An assembly video is located on our support page. Front fork, front tire, seat, pedals, rack and fenders and crank arm need to be installed. Installation can be completed in 1-2 hours. However, a professional bicycle mechanic must review or complete the assembly to ensure all connections are properly secure and safe for riding. Proper professional assembly or tuning is required for upholding the limited warranty (except on electronics which are always covered). We will require such verification for warranty coverage on assembly related issues only.

Package Size is 52"x30"x8" and just over 70lbs

FAQ'S
Can I test ride a bike?
No. We are a direct-to-consumer company both in pricing and strategy. You will generally pay a premium for the ability to test ride. Due to our direct to consumer pricing strategy, we do not have nationwide dealer partnerships. There are some very helpful videos on YouTube reviewing the bike and detailing a closer look.

Very happy with bike. Some noises in gear changes but overall killer bike.
    Only screaming Con:
Seat – it makes me not want to ride, in fact, waiting on better cushion seat to come in. It hurts thinking about riding it.

I enjoyed my first ride although I was surprised the battery level went down to 50% after only 11 miles of riding. My setting was set to level 3 pedal assist and only using the throttle twice for about 10 second each time on level pave road and I weight 220 lbs.

Very fun and a game changer for commuting to and from work. The only problems is the computer is hard to understand and it says my battery is 100% all the time. The brakes are hard to adjust maybe do to warping and my bottom bracket has some play and is very annoying when riding hard making kinking noise. Have over 300 miles on it. Make sure you check your nuts and bolts for loosening, do to vibration.

Bike rides nice and has a good finish. Very comfortable and great torque, for what it is. Way more affordable than competitors. I have been having a lot of fun getting around my city with this bike.

A couple minuses. My bike did not come with all of the hardware required to attach the front light and mud flap. Additionally, I could not get the break light to work no matter what troubleshooting i went through. Lastly, the instructions for assembly are not great. The online instructions help, but are still not perfect.

Great bike and tons of fun. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is it’s now $150 less and putting the fenders on will truly try ones patience. Especially if you have big hands and fat sausage fingers. Worth it though worried my wifes going to take it over.

Well equipped bike. Shipping went smoothly. Setup/assembly was a bit tricky. Had to run a 6mm tap into the front fender/headlight receiving fixture. Powder coating had fouled up the threads. My wife loves the bike.
