Shipping Cost
Shipping within the Contiguous United States is FREE for orders over $100.
Canada – Shipping to Canada is $100 per ebike with exceptions. Due to larger shipping dimensions, the Rift, Prodigy, Prodigy v2, Roadster V3, Cafe Cruiser, and CF Racer1 require a $400 shipping fee per bike. The Revv 1 is currently unavailable for direct shipment to Canada.
Customer is responsible for any potential additional charges based on Canadian customs.
Hawaii & Alaska – Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska starts at $600 per ebike, exclusions apply on Roadster V3, Revv 1, Cafe Cruiser, Rift, and Prodigy models.
We CANNOT ship bikes to P.O. boxes or overseas military addresses.
Certain models are restricted from shipping to New York City due to Local Law 39.
Shipping Method & Tracking
If the selected product is notated as In-Stock, we will ship your ebike within 1 business day and you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please use this number to track your shipment and have someone available during the delivery date to reduce the risk of package theft.
