Nice bike. Great purchase for the price. The bike arrived nicely packaged. Assembling it can be overwhelming for someone without bike maintenance skills. It did come with a faulty display, but customer service was great and shipped a new one right away. Pros: It is a solid bike. It feels very powerful and gets you up the hills without problems. It's fairly quiet. The throttle is very convenient, and I am glad I have it. Cons: It's bulky and heavy, but I am used to carbon frames and lightweight bikes. Keep that in mind. On long rides, you will probably notice that the saddle is not the most comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this bike and would recommend it to anyone interested in commuting, or running errands.

I’ve put my Vorsa through plenty of desert rides in extreme heat, and it continues to impress me. Even on long trail rides in hot conditions, the battery has stayed cool and performed consistently without any issues. The motor assistance feels smooth and natural, making climbs much more enjoyable while still keeping the ride fun and engaging. The bike is comfortable, reliable, and has given me the confidence to explore more trails and ride farther than I would on a traditional mountain bike. Overall, it’s been a fantastic investment and has exceeded my expectations.

So far, it has lived up to what was advertised.
We are enjoying the bikes, very much. Good power and range. Only room for improvement would be in the packaging and assembly. Both bikes were missing different nuts but luckily found them loose in the bottom of the box. One was the front wheel nut that rattled its way off the lug. The other was the pre assembled bolt and nut for the handle bar clamp. It’s a good intention to reassemble those things but they rattled off during shipping and if I was unable to find them loose in the packaging, it would have been a show stopper. Maybe consider one secured box to house all the to be assembled fasteners.

I’ve been having a blast on this bike. First let me get some caveats out of the way. The bike is designed with certain limitations that are a bit of a dissappointment. It will not do sustained climbs above a certain slope without the overheat protection engaging. I’m getting no more than ten minutes on a switchback grade near me. Other more moderate grades do not have this issue. Second is that it is not designed for technical single track. The pedals are set too low. It’s a shame as the fat tires make technical sections way easier than normal MTB tires. Ok, now for the good stuff.
Shifting is perfect and smooth – 8 gears are all that’s needed.
Display is bright, functional and easily navigated.
Brakes are fine, albeit just adequate on steeper descents.
Battery capacity is surprisingly good. Turbo mode will eat into it fast, but I find myself mostly using Tour and Sport modes when traversing hill and dale terrain.
The 26 x 4 fat tires eat up loose gravel, sand, and sloping ruts, and rocks. The rap on fat tires is that they are less nimble. Forgetabout that, the bike is very nimble, even considering its weight.
You will definitley want to apply for the “Offroad” unlock.
The bike does handle “some” singletrack really well, but jutting rocks and roots are a problem.
Ride the paved road to the fire road to the trail and return. 30 mile rides are no problem – if you don’t use too much assist.
I previously have scorned EMTBs as cheaters for slackers, but I’ve changed my tune. You can definitely get a great workout on this bike (if you want to), and you get to go farther and faster in the process. A ton of fun that’s got me incentivized for more exploration
