The Vorsa the SUV of bikes. The Vorsa components work extremely well together and are of excellent quality. The battery along with pedal assist travels father on a charge than the listed mileage. The 750 watt rear hub motor is powerful, with its 95nm it’s a mountain goat plowing through all the hills on my Northern California ride - this machine is powerful and smooth! Other things I really love about the bike is how comfortable and composed the ride feels. The saddle is comfortable and the ability to set the handlebars at a variety of positions further enhances the comfort of the ride tailored to your liking. The display is easy to use and is very intuitive giving you so much information, customization and few security features. I ride about 5 days a week about 21 miles each day with varied terrain and this bike makes the ride so pleasurable and fun. I’ve been getting fit, lost 10 pounds in the last 3 months my legs are much stronger , my balance better due to my core getting stronger and my stamina much much higher, I’ve gained all this while having fun on scenic rides. I’m really glad Ride1up brought us such an amazing bike at an amazing price - this bike is the best bang for buck bike of 2025.

I cannot convey how much I love this bike! I bicycle a lot and love getting my exercise, covering more ground than a walk around the neighborhood. I decided to add an e-bike to my mountain bike and cruiser bike. I love covering even more ground with the same exercise energy as my standard bike by using the pedal assist for some percentage of the work. Being that I am out for the exercise, along with the joy of getting outside, I don't ever use the throttle and wouldn't care if it wasn't when there. Hey, the torque sensor mode is awesome! I tried the cadence sensor mode once. I don't know why anyone would choose the latter over the former. lol This bike is going to play a factor in me "keeping moving" each day, to hopefully slow the progression of my Parkinson's disease. The only thing I can suggest is, beat the competition to an enhancement to the tracking that tells me how many calories I burned on a ride, taking into consideration the ride parameters and how much assist is used. - Mark Fisher

Purchased to Vorsa's both are the st models. One Slate and one Blue. Slate model had a hard time getting the shifting right but finally got it going. Blue model came with a couple issues. 1. Battery was wedged in. Contacted support for help they came back with great suggestion on hold bike up like in wheelie position and let it bounce down is enough to jar it loose. 2nd problem was a bad controller on the unit. Again contacted Customer support, They supplied a new controller and was able to replace it and get it working again. The customer support it very good if you fill out online ticket ahead of time on web, then follow up with a call they then have all info in front of them already and work through much faster. Even though there were a few issues I am leaving 5 star due to the awesome Support I received from Josh. now on to the bike itself. I really really love the torque setting vs the cadence. My goal was to get some exercise yet not killing myself going up steep hills. This setting feels like riding a bike and the power keeps it as a smooth ride up the hills. Class 3 mode extremely powerful, have not tried mtn bike mode yet as I have been extremely happy on class 2 so no need to try. Overall a great bike that I am looking forward to riding for years to come. Oh yea, love the cooler attachment and the panniers. (took a bit on how to install cooler as instructions not very clear, nowhere does it say need to screw connect+ attachment to bottom of cooler then it just snaps in)

Worked great for aboutb10 miles. Then the derailer broke and fell into the spokes. Thankfully I was coming to a stop when it happened. I feel that itbis taking too long for you to send a replacement part. I will not know if the motor is damaged until I receive the parts and have it professionally serviced.

Very good e bike. The frame geometry encourages enthusiastic riding; I find myself at age 69 looking for curbs to jump off of and cool turns to hit at speed. Some must have option for me: I have put on Suntour NCX 31.6x350mm seat post. A C70 Spurcycle left hand Mirror adapting the Stock grip (pocked a hole in the end with a multi tool knife blade). Replaced the bell with my favorite, the Rock Brothers bike bell classic. I added a Portland Design Works Sturdy Lad Kickstand - 40 mm Rear Mount kickstand that reaches farther out horizontally. With the stock kickstand, with all settings tried. It will not support a full load of groceries. I am using Cadence sensor only and have it set from the Ride 1 Up website. It is very smooth and not shooting you ahead etc. In ECO, I can thread my way through, around pedestrians with confidence. I feel in control. The weight is good enough for me. I will never be lifting it anyway. I prefer the XR model over low step e bikes because of frame flex. The basis for me as a must is a stiff frame. Yes, I am satisfied with this bike. It is a keeper for sure. The Vorsa feels like a bicycle (very nimble, encourages youthful riding). Cons, for me are not going with the MIK system for the rear rack. The propriety Connect plus system, I feel a little scummy, not nearly enough accessories. Point of note. I did try to put the Basil MIK carrier plate on the Vorsa rear rack. It did not work as I tightened it in place it distorted enough that I was not able to click into it. The front fork spring strut took a few miles to appreciate; I have it tightened down as possible. I will wonder though if I am missing something without a brand name air front fork.

How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. At five foot eleven the step over Vorsa fits perfectly with full leg extension and room for more.
Love it so much! My first e-bike and makes me want to ride everyday! Had some issues at first mainly due to shipping damage but was handled and everything was taken care of. Great bikes great company!
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I got the XR it’s a little tall I have to keep my seat all the way down and moved the handle bars closer but now is good. If I had to buy again I would’ve went with the ST model most likely. But I still love it and fits just fine now!
Great bike at a great value!
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. This is my first ebike, which I purchased to tote around my toddler. The included rack works well with the Thule Yepp child seat. The bike is super powerful and makes climbing hills with a kid on the back a breeze. Definitely recommend!
Super happy with the quality and flexibility (cargo, trail, road) of this bike. Initial issues (minor fender damage from shipping) were resolved quickly and support has been helpful in answering ques quickly.
Great bike getting 80+miles on two range test so far

How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am almost 6'4". I ordered the large frame. I've got the handle bars angled up high and the seat up high. So the ride is as good as it can be for what is it there.
