This is my first Ebike and I couldn't be more pleased. Shipping was fast, the bike was packaged very well and arrived with no damage at all. Assembly was straight forward and easy. Required tools were included. My bike was perfect right out of the box. Kudos to the production team and QA. The components are excellent and the battery out lasts my body with plenty left for another ride. Today I rode 26 miles on economy mode with 66% left in the battery. This bike is beautiful and I receive compliments on the trail often. Thank you ride1up for this awesome bike.

This is a Super Ebike. Smooth, light, silent, fast, elegant. I love the grips, the adjustable stem, the suspension. I spent months looking for the right Ebike for me, and this is it. I also bought the suspension seat post, but I feel more confortable with the original seat. This fast, smooth, comfortable bike delivers everything I have wanted. The ability to keep up with the "fast guys" still not be gassed after 20 miles is a joy.

I am enjoying the Roadster V3 quite a bit. No complaints on the bike itself, although I recommend adding a suspension seatpost for more comfort. I got the extended range battery, which has been great for long rides, but do not use the mounting bolts that came with it; they protrude and scrape the paint on the extended battery case. Swapping them for low profile bolts fixed the issue.

I had been riding a Core-5 for a little over three years, and once the battery starting losing power quickly (evidently at a normal time/mileage point), I decided it was time to upgrade. I loved my Core-5, but the Roadster V3 is a whole different animal. Fast, smooth, lighteweight for an e-bike, and very stealthy. It just feels like a well-designed, well-built machine - like driving a really nice car. The torque sensor is amazing. I keep trying to explain to people that somehow you can pedal more and work a little harder, yet it's easier to pedal than with the cadence sensor. I think it's something you just have to feel! I also love the suspension fork, hydraulic brakes (the brakes on my Core-5 were never quite right), and matte black fenders. So far I'd strongly recommend this bike. It arrived in perfect condition and assembly was pretty easy. I'm 5' 5" and the Medium size fits me really well. Well done, Ride1Up!

This bike works very well however I have some minor complaints. First it was advertised as going 28 miles per hour top speed with pedals however mine only goes 26. I’m not sure if that’s accidental or a incontrolable factor. 2nd is the password. The password does prevent the bike from getting pedal assisted however it doesn’t stop it from being able to use throttle. Besides that it’s a great bike!
Absolutely loving this new ride. Overall, the bike was exactly what I hoped right out of the box! I can’t believe I rode my Roadster v2 so long and didn’t realize what a huge upgrade the geared v3 would be… I could never go back now.
Only minor problem is that the kickstand (which I’m SO glad to have now) is much too loose—the screw holes don’t seem to be deep enough. I can’t tighten it further, and it’s insecure. I’ll deal with that later.
Overall – fantastic product. Would definitely Ride1up again for my next bike.

All i have is good things to say with my Roadster V3…to a point im looking for my next ride most of the time wait that’s how i feel. You guys rock!!!
After some research, I ended up with the Roadster v.3. It came down to style, weight and cost. It had all three in my book. It is a joy to ride and hopefully, I will order a second soon. The only thing for complete novices like me, I thought the install video could be a little more clear. For example, the bike came with a plastic protector in the rear disc brake, it took me forever to realize that did not belong there. And I was trying to place the tire with the protector still in place. So a little more hand-holding on the install video would be nice.
This is a very nice bike and would be nice even without the electric assist. Quite happy so far.
My wife and i have had our Roadsters for a little over a year now and we love them. She has the black step-through and i have the mint in large. All the components are top notch and the bike is well put together. Very easy to understand controls. The paint is a little soft, with touchups being a constant thing. Not so bad with the black in that any flat black paint is close enough. And a couple of frame protection decals have covered the common nick areas. I’m a little challenged on matching the mint color right now. It would be nice to see Ride1Up offer touch up paint. But as far as the bikes go, they are just what we were looking for to match our riding.
5'9" and ordered a large. A med would have probably fit me better but it's acceptable. Wife's bike is the step-through and it's just right for her 5'5" height.
