   Great rack. Super sturdy and easy to install. I zip-tied a black milk crate to mine for extra carrying capacity.

   Had to look up the assembly instructions on here but was simple to follow and it’s a perfect fit

   How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I'm 5'4" maybe a bit less so I ordered the small frame and it's perfect. When I have to stop and put my left foot down it's flat on the ground. It's great

   Good rack. That’s not the problem.

   1. The instructions were not clear and I was unable to find them online for this particular rack. They might be there, but I couldn’t find where with multiple searches.

   2. Both back bolts stripped. They just spin. I will have to figure something out before I put much weight on this rack.

   3. Ride1Up support denied any responsibility for the problem. They recommended I go spend my own money to have the rack rethreaded at a fabrication shop. It was almost disappointing enough to send the entire back back, but I really like the bike.
