Can I test ride a bike?
We are a direct-to-consumer electric cruiser bike company both in pricing and strategy. You will generally pay a premium for the ability to test ride an electric bike through a dealer. However, our electric bikes have been thoroughly tested by top reviewers such as Electric Bike Review, Electric Bike Report, Cycling Weekly, Clean Technica, Electrek, and many others who have published their reviews on YouTube. What can I expect ordering a bike from Ride1Up?

Can I upgrade the cruiser's battery?
Unfortunately, the 15ah battery pack is the largest available that will fit this cruiser electric bike frame. The e-bike battery provides a range of 30-50 miles on a single charge.
Can I switch the electric bike handlebars to another model?
No, you cannot switch the handlebars on our cruisers. The variations you see on the site are the only options we have for our electric bikes.
Can you ship to _______?
We only ship within the US and Canada. The contiguous United States is FREE. Shipping to Canada is $400. Currently, not shipping to Hawaii. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs charged by your local government which often times applied after importing ebikes. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our electric bikes directly to Europe or Alaska at this time. You can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.
Are the cruiser electric bikes water-proof?
The electric bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant, rated IP-65. While we do not recommend leaving the ebikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the electric bikes can handle water exposure. Leaving your e-bike in the rain or other hazardous conditions could shorten the lifespan of the electric bike.
The Cafe Cruiser has exceeded my expectations. Solid feel, very comfortable, good power too. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for this style of e-bike.

This bike is very sturdy, and comfortable, it will not be falling apart.

It was packaged very well! Delivered quicker than I had imagined! Certainly heavier than I had anticipated and much better looking as well! Assembly was quick and painless! The tools being included was awesome! It’s faster than I thought with easy to understand and set up control screen! I personally am as excited as I was when I got my first bike as a child! Especially peddling uphill lol!

I’m 5’11” tall. 200 lbs and I’m 61 yrs old! It’s nice to get out and have the power to assist while navigating hills or traffic with power and acceleration needed without exhausting me to the point of ruining the activity of experience of bike riding
This is my 2nd Ride1up and love them both. I now own a 700 Series and Cafe Cruiser.
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I'm 6'1" and weigh 230lbs. Had my right knee replaced 9 yrs ago and have trouble bending. Even tho I got a step-thru, Cruiser, it still has a bar that's makes it a little difficult for me. Still I love them both.
This order was for 2 additional Cafe Cruiser’s so I now have 4. Very happy with the bikes features. Assembling the rear basket is more time consuming than the bike. I wish you had a better color selection on this bike.
