I’m so happy with my Ride1Up Turris. I didn’t want to pay a fortune and the Turris is a lot of bike for the money. I’m used to ride quite often when I lived next to a flat trail. Then I moved to an area with big hills which made riding “not fun anymore”. I’m 65 and the hills were a killer. I stopped riding for a bit. I did a lot of research and found the Turris had most of the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. I looked at local bike shops, but found I would be paying at least double the price. Being good with mechanical things, I decided direct shipping was for me. The assembly was fairly easy and fun. I did have an issue installing the front hydraulic brakes and emailed Ride1Up. They responded quickly and sent some additional video links. With the links and some helpful comments, I resolved the problem and took my first ride. Hills be gone, it’s fun again! I was a little concerned about having a cadence instead of a torque sensor, but the reviews indicated that the feel was very good and they were right. I didn’t want a bike too heavy, but solid enough to take my 5’ 10”, 245 lbs. A step-through was preferred. My research led me a short-list of three choices, 1RideUp, Aventon and TST. When the Turris went on sale for July at $1095, I pulled the trigger. Also, the Ride1up Turris looks so COOL! You won’t be disappointed.

Bike came very prompt. Packaging was good. Assembly was not difficult. After I assembled it I took for a ride. There was a wobble in my front tire. Took it to my local bike shop all set. Also a front roter had slight damage. I don't know if it came defective or in the shipping. Now after all said and done the bike is a lot of fun. Great speed. Pretty nimble. Breaks are great. Range for me has been pretty good. I like that the tires are not overly fat tires. So would I buy this bike or try another from this company? Most definitely!!!!

Purchased this e-bike one year after my son bought a Ride1Up Roadster V2 bike. When I tried his I thought it would definitely make biking fun again, but I wanted one with a more powerful motor to carry my heavier weight. I also liked how the bike came with a light, kick stand, and had a chain (compared to the Roadster's belt). I also liked how the bike didn't overwhelmingly look like an e-bike. I received the bike and about the only thing I was a bit concerned about was the condition of the box it came in, and the fact that at the bottom of the box, the power adapter / charger was out of it's box, and the box wrench was NOT included in the package (not a problem as I had my own tools which probably were of better quality. It definitely seemed like a bike that was returned for some reason or another. I would've taken a rating off for this, but given the fact that once assembled, there was literally NOTHING wrong with the bike and it charged & worked as expected. Everything was straight & true, and was VERY solid. I've been using this bike now for a month, and I love it. I mostly got it to get me turned on to some sort of exercise in hopes that I can shed some pounds. I pretty much keep the pedal assist at 2 or 1, because the idea is I want that exercise! I did, of course, try the faster speeds, and it gets me going, but I rather enjoy longer battery run time & exercise than go zooming around (defeating the purpose of getting it). I did try also activating the "Class 3" function of the bike and you can tell the difference, but again, that's not why I got the bike, but I wanted to try it anyway. I was also surprised that it had a rear brake light. I had no idea it had one. EVERYTHING on this bike works great, and I love the color & functionality. In short I would recommend this to anyone that wants to exercise, but (like me) is too lazy to do anything to do it. This bike got me out and about, and I feel much more active than I would be had I not got it. Who knows? maybe by summer's end I will also shed a few pounds. I'm trying to get out every day for at least 30 minutes. The bike battery for my weight (280 lbs) seems to last for a good half-dozen (or more) 30 minute bike rides. I don't usually drain the battery to below 2 bars.

Great bike! A little heavier than I expected but making the most of it for sure. Would easily recommend and even buy another one again in the future

I love my Turris, it was adaptable enough to suit me at 6’5” and rides really well. The power train is extremely well suited to the style of riding I do and it’s extremely reliable.

Happy with the bike so far. Taking time to review because I want to help a good product get better.
About 120 miles ridden.
1. Assembly instructions must be improved by adding a numbered step by step guide. Every step matters. There should never be a reason to “figure out” anything. Several small critical steps were skipped over, entirely left out making the assembly process far longer and more tedious than it should be. Assembling this bike could be very simple and satisfying when written directions are carefully created and include every single step. Included tool kit is good. Assembly video is good but also needs to include each and every step.
2. Battery charge indicator needs to be improved so that the remaining charge is clear and accurate. The current indicator functions like an “estimate” and not an actual gauge. Can there not be a numerical readout of the charge remaining; e.g. 78%?
Good solid bike all around, the charger/battery is not switching to green light after fully charged. I think the battery connection is loose?
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am 5'11". Its a medium fit but the water bottle and holder blocks my legs from straddling the bike. I moved the cage to the seat post but would prefer a water bottle cage on the bike handlebar post. The battery drops from the bottom of the frame. I prefer the 500 series where the battery was on top of the frame for easy access.
Fast delivery all parts easy to install great ride

100% thrilled with my purchase. I was very hesitant to order an electric bike online and especially one that required some assembly. There’s a fantastic YouTube video that takes you through the process step-by-step and assembly was no problem at all. I also was concerned that in shipping something was going to be bent or Dented, which was not the case. Once we put it all together, we have enjoyed this bike almost daily. It is aesthetically pleasing and absolutely capable. The tires are great because you can take on gravel road without having to purchase a cumbersome fat tire bike. It’s the perfect commuter/adventure companion. Now that I have my bike, my husband is thinking about getting one also. Love the colors love the quality having so much fun. I give this 5+ star rating.

I love the bike! We purchased one bike to share as a family. In the 3-4 weeks we’ve had it, we’ve already put 600 miles on it!
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am 5'6", but we share the bike as a family and the tallest family member is just over 6'. I also have a son that is 5'3". Everyone can ride comfortably.
