***Increased shipping demand nationwide has caused delays in tracking updates from Fedex and delays in shipping hubs. All our shipping estimates are delayed beyond the normal timelines.
Delivery time is dependent on your distance from Nevada (our warehouse location). We typically deliver in 2-3 days within the west coast and, or 4-7 days for the east coast.

Bike will arrive 85% assembled (electronics are pre-assembled). An assembly video is located on our support page. Front fork, front tire, seat, pedals, rack and fenders and crank arm need to be installed. Installation can be completed in 1-2 hours. However, a professional bicycle mechanic must review or complete the assembly to ensure all connections are properly secure and safe for riding. Proper professional assembly or tuning is required for upholding the limited warranty (except on electronics which are always covered). We will require such verification for warranty coverage on assembly related issues only.

Can I test ride a bike?
No. We are a direct-to-consumer company both in pricing and strategy. You will generally pay a premium for the ability to test ride. Due to our direct to consumer pricing strategy, we do not have nationwide dealer partnerships. There are some very helpful videos on YouTube reviewing the bike and detailing a closer look.

Can I upgrade the battery?
Unfortunately the 14ah battery pack is the largest available that will fit this frame.
Can I switch the handlebars to another model?
No. The variations you see on the site are the only options we have.
Can you ship to _______?
We only ship within North America. The Continental United States is FREE. Hawaii and Alaska is $190. Shipping to Mexico and Canada is $100. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs charged by your local government which often times applied after importing. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our bikes directly to Europe. You can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.
Are the bikes water-proof?
The bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant, rated IP-65. While we do not recommend leaving the bikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the bikes can handle water exposure.
What is the realistic top speed?
This bike will get to 28mph (the limit for class 3 bikes) very quickly.

    Had a problem with the front chain wheel not being assembled onto the bottom bracket. To install this chain wheel requires a 22 tooth freewheel tool that most shops have but most non bike home mechanics do not have. The crank arms had to be retightend at the bike shop as well they made a terrible clicking noise when under load. The bike rides well it is a big bike. It goes very fast very quickly I have to get used to that. Still exploring all the complexities of power settings and will have to go on some long rides to figure that out. Have only taken it out on long test rides of less than 2 miles so still just adjusting seat height and handlebar final locations. It is a great bike and a good value and hope to probably purchase a rear rack and perhaps a second battery for it in the future. Very happy it charges easily.

    The LMT’D is my first e bike. It has been a lot of fun. I have had it a short time and have not made any adjustments on the display yet. The bike made a great first impression!

    Alright guys got my LMTD last night and put it together myself with some tools I have on hand and no help (I am not an expert)

    Opportunity: the fork clicks and rattles and it could be an assembly error on my part but I don’t think so. I just think that’s the way it is and the performance has been fine (no wobble). I’d be more concerned but I’ve had bikes with clicky forks before and I’m not concerned.

    Opportunity: I had to mess with the derailleur quite a bit because out of the box, the chain was falling off the largest cog and I made it worse before I made it better, but in the end it’s shifting well and it’s not falling off anymore. All I did was adjust the limiting screws on the derailleur.

    I haven’t messed with the spokes but I did a hand check and nothing feels loose or overly tight and the wheels are spinning nice and straight.

    Win: Initial impression is it’s an extremely smooth, and comfortable ride and feels very responsive. I like that it’s comfortable but doesn’t look like a grandad bike (I like grandad bikes but not for this). The Seat is comfortable but also sports looking (not a big fat seat)

    Win: I love the position of the handle bars and the grips. They are very comfortable for long rides while also looking more performance oriented. The matte finish on the bike is super duper nice in person and looks classy but also functional at the same time. The finish might be my favorite part of the bike. I love the beefy tires but they also have more of a road or all terrain tread on them so it’s perfect to match the character of the bike and the general feel of the bike/ how it rides.

    Opinion: I do wish the pedal assist and throttle was a little more snappy but I’m sure it’s a safety thing. It’s powerful but i just want it to be a more sudden but I’m sure many will disagree on that.

    Win: Brakes feel trustworthy and tight and fork feels nice and agile but also soft if you want it to. The fork settings make a difference- the settings are more than just show, you can really make it stiff or comfortable by changing the setting.

    Win: The battery is also painted Matte and is nice- and fits in well. The battery also has a finish on the inside parts which I appreciate. The kickstand looks cool and is solid enough for the extra weight.

    Win: Also, very important, it’s relatively easy to ride on pedal assist 1 or pedal assist off to conserve energy or get more exercise. I get the impression that the way I ride, 50 miles on a charge is totally realistic.

    Conclusion: I’d say that my expectations have been surpassed so far and the bike looks more impressive in person. It also feels like a higher quality ride than I expected. It just feels smooth yet substantial.

    I would do it again and might even get a 700 to make into a bike I can really put a beating on and take camping
