This Bike is flat out fun! It just works. Great for commutes and great for hitting flow trails and even a few jumps here and there.

The bike is great Getting the bike was the worst . First the bike came damaged. The front rim was bent. Customer service told me to take it to a shop to get repaired because it wasn't true. The shop could not guarantee it would be true. Call back customer service. They sent me a third party rim That was not the same as the original it was smaller.The tube would not fit. Customer service told me that they don't send oem rims it would take months to get. Had to complain that I'm going to return the bike back to the San Diego shop. Customer service then said we can give you a Rim off a demo bike. So I drove two and a half hours there to get a used rim off a demo bike and have them install it . Then three hours home because of traffic . They should of gave me a discount off my bike or some merch for the inconvenience and gas wasted to go to san diego

Fantastic bike. Class III hardtail for 2K? Amazing! Well equipped, too. I especially appreciate the great motor - nearly silent with a natural feeling power curve. I also like the dropper post and tubeless ready tires. I'm a 71 y.o. road bike rider who now finds himself making time to ride this bike instead. I haven't ridden my road bike in month!

Very happy with the purchase of this bike.
The TrailRush has been awesome so far. The motor delivery is smooth, seamless, and very natural — it just feels like I suddenly have stronger legs. I also contacted customer service for a last-minute color change to Galaxy Gray, and they were great about taking care of it. The color looks amazing, and the medium fits me perfectly at 5’10” with a 30” inseam.
My only complaint is that the phone mount was supposed to come in the same box but didn’t, and the later delivery got delayed. Getting delayed seems more like a USPS problem, but it was still supposed to be shipped in the same box with the bike. Regardless, I should be getting it today. I also spent a couple hours setting it up tubeless, but it was worth it. Overall, I’m very happy with it. This is my first bike from Ride1up and so far so good.

I’m actually mostly happy with my bike so far, the reason for the 1 star review is the customer service, don’t expect any. Although I like the bike I’ve had issues with the dropper post and also with the derailleur. I wrote them and called them and didn’t get a response. I’m going to have to spend extra money to get the derailleur properly tuned and I don’t know if I have to replace the dropper post or if it can be just adjusted too (I already tried to adjust it by myself, I also found online several people complaining about this some were able to adjust them themselves other people didn’t).
I got an L, I'm 6' and fits well.
Absolutely fun to ride. Easy to assemble and get going. Great on the trails.
Great ride, smooth and just all around a blast to ride.
