My husband LOVES this 17.5ah battery because it allows him to ride long distances without worry that he will run out of battery life.

Product is great – extended my range to over 100 miles with both batteries! Proactive order status communication could be better (which took off a star). Friendly and quick responses were received when I contacted customer support wondering when the battery would ship. Took over a month and I understand that mist of the was from things beyond Ride1up’s control.

Cannot compare it to other batteries from other companies but my wife has gone on two -30 mile pedal assisted Rides and has only used up one and a half bars on the batteries meter. Most of the time she put it on level one the lowest or two. Saving three or more for hills
