Solid design, release lever took awhile to loosen up before working. Loads of added storage and quick connections for the win!

Great large capacity basket with cargo net and love the zipper pocket but wish it had a few more.

I am very happy with the cargo basket. Assembly was straight forward and only took about 15 minutes. It fits perfectly and is easy to take off and put on. It is large enough that I can forgo using a backpack when going to the grocery store. It it exactly what I was hoping for. My only issue is that it seems quite expensive. The only reason I finally purchased it was because I received a $25 gift card from Ride1up. $50 seems a much more reasonable price as the basket is very well made.

Fits 2 grocery paper bags just fine, well made addition to my bike making it the perfect long haul compact foldable Portola.

I’m not impressed. The build quality is fine, and the mechanism seems to work good, but the documentation for assembly is lacking. The screws that were included with my purchase did not match the screws that were described in the instructions (notably, the short screws for the basket rods were not countersunk). It’s not immediately clear that this isn’t an issue because the screw holes have so little play or wiggle room that it felt like every one was on the edge of being crossthreaded.

The net that goes over the top has six clips to secure it, but only two of them look like they’re actually designed for this basket given the positions of the canvas liner’s flaps, so the net’s straps have to be awkwardly stretched and are strained when they’re clipped in. I thought that I received a net for the smaller cargo basket, but judging by the installation video, it looks like it’s just designed this way.

I’m sure it will work ok but for $75 I expect documentation that matches the product and parts that look like they’re meant to go together.

Rack is great and very useful. The insert is nice, especially with the small zipper pocket that is handy for carrying keys, phone and wallet. Lost 1 star because the quick connect system is not as secure as I would like. If traveling over large bumps or rough road at speed it can pop off. I fixed this by strapping ot down to the rack and have had no issues since.
