Rider Test Use Agreement & Liability Waiver

Thanks for agreeing to participate in Ride1Up’s Test Use Program! We are confident that you will enjoy Ride1Up’s electric bicycle products and look forward to your participation in the Test Use Program (the “Program”). The Rider Test Use Agreement & Liability Waiver is made effective upon acknowledgement of the terms and conditions and completion of the Contact an Ambassador form at https://ride1up.com/ambassador-inquiry. The following are the terms and conditions that you agree to in exchange for participation in the Program:

1) You agree to take possession of Ambassador’s Ride1Up bicycle (the “Bicycle”) and to return the Bicycle to the Ambassador after the Test use has been completed.

2) You agree that you will be the sole operator of the Bicycle, and that you will not allow anyone else to operate or otherwise ride on or use the Bicycle at any time and in any manner.

3) You agree to operate the Bicycle in a safe and cautious manner, and to abide by all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to use of the Bicycle.

4) You agree to return the Bicycle to the Ambassador in good working order, and without damage of any kind.

5) You hereby assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you or anyone else may experience or incur in connection with use of the Bicycle, and you hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless product Ambassador, Ride1Up, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
