MULTI-CLASS SPEED SYSTEM
The Vorsa ships pre-programmed as a class 2 ebike which enables speeds of up to 20 MPH on pedal assist and throttle. The multi-class speed system gives riders the ability to configure the settings and switch between Class 2-3, and 'Off-Road' mode which unlocks speeds of 28+ MPH for private road use only. What top speed can I expect on the Vorsa?
The Vorsa is designed to reach up to 28 mph with pedal assist. Unlike ebikes with only one sensor system, maintaining higher speeds like 28 mph on the Vorsa is a choice for every ride via torque or cadence assist. With an Intui-Drive torque sensor system, it responds dynamically to how much force you apply to the pedals, offering a smoother, more natural ride.
Achieving and maintaining peak speeds will require less pedaling effort on flat terrain, but hilly areas or fatigue may affect top speed compared to cadence-based systems. Riders will find the torque sensor makes the bike feel more responsive, intuitive, and engaging – especially at moderate speeds.

What can I expect ordering a bike from Ride1Up?

All of our bikes ship directly from Salt Lake City, Utah, arriving 85% assembled for quick and easy setup. And when you need support, our in-house team of experienced mechanics and former bike shop owners that are based in San Diego is ready to help.
Can I switch the handlebars to another model?
The Vorsa ebike comes with an adjustable stem and handlebar system, allowing riders to fine-tune handlebar height and angle for the best fit and comfort. The stem uses a standard 31.8mm clamp, but swapping to different handlebars may require longer electronic cables and brake lines, so we don’t recommend changing the setup.
Can you ship to _______?
We only ship within the US and Canada. The contiguous United States is FREE. Hawaii and Alaska is $600. Shipping to Canada is $100. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs charged by your local government which often times applied after importing. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our bikes directly to Europe. You can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.
Are the bikes water-proof?
The bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant. While we do not recommend leaving the bikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the bikes can handle low pressure exposure to water. Do not submerge in water or expose to pressurized air or water. Storing your ebike in the elements could shorten the lifespan of the electric bike.

How many miles should I expect on a full charge?
We expect riders to get 30-60 miles depending on rider weight, terrain, incline, level of assist, etc. We’ve run a number of real world tests along side ebike industry reviewers who have reported results that exceed our 60 mile suggested range, while using the lowest pedal assist setting.
I love my bike. Full disclosure: it came kinda effed up with a bent front rotor and a soft back brake. But I’m giving a standing ovation to Ride1Up for exemplary customer service and making it right. They answered my call and multiple emails very fast, sent replacement parts the next day, and just generally made me feel good that they’re not just here to take my money, but to also offer support.
Also the bike is got dam amazing. Super solid and fast as hell. Highly recommend Offroad Mode 😉

My only issue is that the chain pops off on aggressive bumps. Other than that I love the bike.
Love my Vorsa! Great quality and performance. It has a comfortable ride and I like the convenience of the throttle.
My wife has ridden 100 miles in the past month and loves the bike. It is smooth and even allows her to ride on some light mountain biking trails. We have ridden more as a family the last month than the previous year.
