Nice bike. Great purchase for the price. The bike arrived nicely packaged. Assembling it can be overwhelming for someone without bike maintenance skills. It did come with a faulty display, but customer service was great and shipped a new one right away. Pros: It is a solid bike. It feels very powerful and gets you up the hills without problems. It's fairly quiet. The throttle is very convenient, and I am glad I have it. Cons: It's bulky and heavy, but I am used to carbon frames and lightweight bikes. Keep that in mind. On long rides, you will probably notice that the saddle is not the most comfortable. Overall, I am very satisfied with this bike and would recommend it to anyone interested in commuting, or running errands.

I’ve put my Vorsa through plenty of desert rides in extreme heat, and it continues to impress me. Even on long trail rides in hot conditions, the battery has stayed cool and performed consistently without any issues. The motor assistance feels smooth and natural, making climbs much more enjoyable while still keeping the ride fun and engaging. The bike is comfortable, reliable, and has given me the confidence to explore more trails and ride farther than I would on a traditional mountain bike. Overall, it’s been a fantastic investment and has exceeded my expectations.

I received my Vorsa in the winter. Have not been able to put too many miles on it yet. But after about thirty five miles seems to be riding great. I purchased a standard frame for myself as I am 6'2". It was recommended for taller riders. The step through is for my wife. She loves it so far.

I am really enjoying this all-around bike that provides only what I need and I can expand upon it if I like.
High quality/ pretty serious machine. My first E-bike so I am impressed. Rides great. I have already taken a few 30-mile rides and finished in much better condition than after previous standard bike rides. Simply the best form of urban transportation. I would say that some experience with wrenching bikes is necessary to assemble properly. I am into maintenance, so I was able to get it right. A ham-fisted, or inexperienced buyer could screw things up, and knowing your limitation is important. Plan on professional assembly if not inclined. I would recommend the Vorsa. I would imagine the Portilla is great.
Well let’s start with having a son that always wants to go on a bike ride… Ughhh, I am in my 40s and it is not enjoyable to pedal myself up any kind of hill -my son keeps getting bigger and bigger bikes and it is a struggle to keep up with him now. If I go ham -play basketball, go to the gym and take a bike ride with my son my knee starts to hurt. There must be another way -I can’t let him down… THEN THERE WAS VORSA!!! This thing is incredible, I prompt him now -Hey man -let’s go on a bike ride!!!! Half the time he just wants to jump on the back and we have gone EVERYWHERE!! Sprouts, Los Dos Portillos, Home Depot, Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble -each one is miles in different directions. On road -up in the grass, down dirt hiking trails ANYWHERE. I heard that a lot of damage done on vehicles is by taking short trips and not allowing your car to warm all the way up, well anytime I want to go somewhere less than 6-7 miles, I am on the Vorsa. I know it will go a lot further because I never make it home with less than 40% left in battery but this distance pretty much covers every gas station, grocery store or any other stupid short trip you would normally have used your car for. Worth every penny

I spent a lot of time researching e-bikes to find one that can do it all….and this one checks off all the boxes! It’s a comfortable ride, great battery range, perfect tires for a variety of terrain and awesome additional accessories you can purchase. High quality e-bike at a reasonable price!

I bought 2 bikes and my only issue is that both came scratched on both the colored service and blackvpaints. Is there touch up paint for both models? The bikes themselves have been incredible. They are made of very high quality and exceeded all my expectations. Thank you
