I’m absolutely in love with the Turris! It has exceeded my expectations in almost every way. The ride feels incredibly natural, and the motor is both powerful and responsive. I’ve been cruising all over Ocean Beach (San Diego), tackling plenty of hills, and the power delivery has been seamless. Assembly was surprisingly fun and turned into a great learning experience in bike maintenance. It was easier than I expected. Figuring out the rear cargo took more time than assembling the bike itself. This was my first time putting a bike together, as well as my first experience with gears and hydraulic disc brakes. I did take it to my local bike shop for a quick derailleur tune-up, which cost $15. One of my favorite features is the bike’s compact length. Compared to others, it’s shorter, making it easy to maneuver in tight spaces—like getting on and off an elevator. After putting 105 miles on the Turris, I couldn’t be happier! My only suggestion for Ride1Up would be to simplify the settings menu. Some options—like adjusting the number of magnets—might be overkill for most riders. Keeping things streamlined, just like the bike itself, would be ideal. Overall, an incredible e-bike that’s well worth the investment!

All smiles here! Was actually easy to assemble, works like a charm, so easy to ride. We had risen these same models of bike as rentals while vacationing in Acadia National Park this summer and fell in love, so I bought my wife one for her birthday and just look at the smile the first time she rode it!

Outstanding! I am over the top pleased with my purchase. I actually purchased both a Limited V2 and a Turris. We have not had much time to put a lot of miles on them, but they both are Awesome! Assembly was very straight forward and actually an enjoyable process. If you are in the market for an ebike, go for a Ride 1 Up,

Good power, fenders are kindve finicky you have to adjust and center them periodically. Tools didn't inclued a torx key for the front light. Seat is moderately comfortable pretty good for a stock seat. Green color is great. Cosmetic wise I don't like how the kickstand doesn't sit flush when collapsed but not a real problem.

I really like this bike! They provide good customer support! I would buy one more bike in the future.

I’m so happy with my Ride1Up Turris. I didn’t want to pay a fortune and the Turris is a lot of bike for the money. I’m used to ride quite often when I lived next to a flat trail. Then I moved to an area with big hills which made riding “not fun anymore”. I’m 65 and the hills were a killer. I stopped riding for a bit. I did a lot of research and found the Turris had most of the features I was looking for at a reasonable price. I looked at local bike shops, but found I would be paying at least double the price. Being good with mechanical things, I decided direct shipping was for me. The assembly was fairly easy and fun. I did have an issue installing the front hydraulic brakes and emailed Ride1Up. They responded quickly and sent some additional video links. With the links and some helpful comments, I resolved the problem and took my first ride. Hills be gone, it’s fun again! I was a little concerned about having a cadence instead of a torque sensor, but the reviews indicated that the feel was very good and they were right. I didn’t want a bike too heavy, but solid enough to take my 5’ 10”, 245 lbs. A step-through was preferred. My research led me a short-list of three choices, 1RideUp, Aventon and TST. When the Turris went on sale for July at $1095, I pulled the trigger. Also, the Ride1up Turris looks so COOL! You won’t be disappointed.

Got the Turris step thru ebike in graphite gray for my wife’s Christmas gift, and she loves it! She is 5’4″ and medium build and she says it fits her perfect and a very comfortable to ride.
Ride1up shipped it fast and it arrived in great condition. Assembly took around a hour and was not to hard to figure out. This is a great entry level ebike at an affordable price!
Have been really busy and haven’t had the opportunity to put in a good ride yet…but, all in all i am extremely satisfied with the out of box assembly process, which went smoothly. I did need to contact customer service about a bolt and they were super efficent in getting a bolt out to me. So far, my experience is that 1rideup is a very well run company with a very nice well designed value packaged product.
Broke the chain on my first outing. The chain kept skipping when pedaling, and before I could get home it broke. Far as I can tell, it is due to Derailleur misalignment.
How does the bike* fit? Please share your height/size and the frame type you ordered, if applicable. I am 5' 7" , and because the bike was advertised as ok for 5' I thought I'd be good. Even with seat all the way down I still have problems. Should have got the "girls" frame. In the bikes defense, my legs are both partially paralyzed, so can't stand tip toe. I should have known better.
