We only ship within North America. The Continental United States is FREE. Hawaii and Alaska is $400. Shipping to Canada is $100. We are not responsible for any additional tariffs charged by your local government which often times applied after importing. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship our bikes directly to Europe. You can use a shipping forwarder like ShopUsa.com to reach your country.

The bikes are not water-proof, they are water-resistant, rated IP-65. While we do not recommend leaving the bikes out in the rain or riding in the rain or other hazardous conditions due to personal safety, the bikes can handle water exposure.

Purchased my LMT'D XR back in August '22, and have been very pleased with the performance. This is my 5th ebike purchased or built, and it's quickly become my favorite. Design/Build - this bike has a well designed and welded frame...welds are smoothed and integrated to the design. Most bikes at or even well above this price point have visible welds. Paint is good (Sand/Black). and I love how the battery and controller is integrated, with a clever black paint treatment that tricks the eye and makes the frame appear less bulky and is continued on the down tube. Logos and branding are muted, and love the classy chunky Ride1UP medallion mounted up front on the head tube. Components - Tektro hydraulic brakes are perfectly balanced, easy to modulate with a light squeeze. The Shimano 8 speeds rather than 7 like most others is great, the shifts are precise up and down the range. Power from the MXUS 100nm motor is impressive, with quiet operation. The torque sensor really is the best of both types, and delivers a natural ride quality along with better range abilities, and in tandem with a rear hub motor, really sets this bike apart from others. The display controller settings let you set power outputs at various assist levels, along with other useful options. Adjustable air shocks are very nice bonus at this price point, they have plenty of travel and smooth out the rougher terrain easily. The Groove E tires are a great balance to sizing and ride quality, and this logo is muted too. Riding - Compared to the other ebikes i've owned, this one is the favorite of all. With 300 miles logged, have had zero issues with bike and components. The power delivery is natural, easily modulated and range has been well above stated numbers. I weigh 190 and do 25-35 miles with various terrains, power assist levels and liberal throttle usage with plenty of juice left over. Frame is stiff but still limber, and feels agile for a ebike. It will transition to rougher terrain with ease, and feels super smooth on pavement. Ride position is slightly upright, and bars have a little sweep maybe 6-8 degrees, which I like. Good on commutes, but fun to just ride light trails too. Easily handles inclines, and throttle gives full power at any PAS level. Overall - Outside of minor delivery damage which was well supported and cared for, I would rate this bike and company 9 out of 10. Love the extra power promised, a true Class 3 bike runs 31+mph. Long range ability, torque sensor and throttle combo are rare and work perfectly in combo with the MXUS hub motor. Better components with out the fluff; I prefer to have my own seat choice and other accessories so would rather have the money in build and components, and this bike has it in covered. Assembly was a snap with easy to follow instructions online.

I really really like my LTD’d XR. Ride1Up recently added some features to make it the bike I was looking for but did not exist in a single package at this price point until now. The LMT’d is on the lighter side of eBikes and feels quick and nimble. It is very tight and responsive with no rattles. The recently improved motor on the XR is powerful and nearly completely silent. One of my biggest pet peeves is the loud motor whine from direct to consumer bikes and Ride1Up has addressed and resolved this annoyance. The bike now comes with an integrated front headlight as well which is actually pretty good. I found battery life to achieve the listed range of 30-50 miles depending on power levels used. The torque sensor is very smooth and natural feeling. Frame welds are nice and smooth and the paint finish is excellent. My box did arrive with some damage, but the bike itself did not have any scratches. This bike does require a bit more assembly than other brands, but if you are somewhat mechanically inclined, watch the video and take your time. Mine did come with the front handlebars mounted upside down in the front stem, so I did have to unbolt and flip them around. The front brake line was sharply bent with a kink but does work. Other than this, I had no issues with the bike shipping or assembly. All said I am super happy with this bike. I added an Ibera PakRak trunk rack with quick release bag. If you are looking for a great quality eBike in this style and do not want to spend $3k+, you really can’t go wrong with the Ride1Up LMT’d.

What a bike! I made only 200 miles so far, mainly due to the cold weather, but this bike motivated me several days to leave my car in the box and enjoy a ride. Starting from the beginning: the e-bike arrived few days after the order: it was very easy to track the shipping process. The bike, as you well know, comes in a box, quite well protected from accidental damages during transportation. The unboxing and assembly was quite easy, but I strongly recommend to watch the video and carefully check some important steps, to prevent some issues to appear over time. Be also sure you will have with you the right tools and some grease, to apply in the key areas and prevent rust or noises. But all that said, the assembly process took around 1 hour. While assembly the bicycle, I recharged the battery, and I waited another 2 hours before testing it. The first impression, after turning on the bike was WOW! Especially if you aren’t used to an e-bike, the feeling when the electric motor activates is awesome. The power of the motor, even using the step 1 (of the 3 available) is already enough to allow you to go fast and manage any small moderate hill on your ride. If you need to manage higher inclinations you can always count on the step 2; the third step is really too much, unless you don’t want to go at the highest speed with almost no effort and, of course, you don’t mind to discharge the battery after 10 miles… Speaking of which: this bike offers one of the biggest battery in the market, to grant a decent mileage; I was quite disappointed, at the beginning, by the fact that I was able to make only 15-20 miles with one full charge; but then I’ve realised that I was riding almost every time at around 20-25mph, using the throttle from time to time and testing the bike on some moderate off-road tracks. In the following days I tried to use the bike more wisely and I noticed that I drained less energy from the battery. After few recharges, I could say that the average mileage will be around 35 miles, with a moderate assistance, medium speed, and good conditions (tires with the right pressure, etc.). Be aware that driving with level 2 and 3 always on and using the throttle will reduce the mileage to maybe the half… Now some considerations on the mechanics: the bike looks very well assembled, with medium quality parts: I don’t love the brakes, even if they are installed in the majority of the e-bikes, even from much more expensive brands. They in any case do their job, stopping the bike in any conditions even if with some vibrations and noise. I like the Shimano gears, even if I would have appreciated at least a 9 speed option, to help more on steep hills or on assisting more the motor on high speeds. Be prepared to make some adjustments to the derailleur (there are a lot of videos to help you on that) to ensure a smooth experience with the shifter. The tires are great to grant enough stability on the road, especially at high speed, but they are not good at all on moderate off-road/ gravel trails where you will risk to loose traction, especially on the front wheel. The frame is designed to grant a very confortable position while riding, without charging too much weigh on your arms/wrists or keep a too aggressive position with our upper body. But also due to the weight, it doesn’t grant the same agility of a standard mountain bike (in case you were dreaming that a 50 plus pounds commuter bike would behave like that) Finally the suspension: it is adjustable and it works ok at low speed but on higher speed and on bumps, I would have expected a better support to reduce the impact on my back… Overall no big issues, if we exclude the difficulty to align the front wheel: this is a quite annoying issue as it generates vibrations while breaking, some noise and a little bit of instability at higher speeds. It will probably require a stop to some shop as I wasn’t able to fix by myself. To conclude my review: a great bike, with a quality still unbeatable for the price, fast and well equipped. My wife loved it and she has stolen it to me several times already…I would have appreciated a more cross road setup, but I realised that this bike hasn’t be conceived for this usage: for that, better to opt for the prodigy XC, maybe my next purchase, next year, and maybe a necessity, considering that next spring I will barely be able to steal back the lmt’d to my wife… An happy customer here..

The bike is a game changer for me. I can comfortably cover more miles around my city without having to drive my car everytime. The bike lets me navigate hills with ease. The bike lets you work as hard or as easy as you want to. If I want to ride to diner at a restaurant or if I want to get in a workout I can do both on my bike. I no issues setting up my bike. I did have a question about my front shocks and Ride1up responded quickly with an answer along with some supporting links to youtube videos. So far I've logged almost 100 miles with no issues. I've added several accessories like a rear rack, a rear light, and a bike lock. Love my bike.

Absolutely Love It! I have put 300 miles on it in the first month, started with a cheap e-bike and liked it a lot, this thing is like riding a Cadillac. I really like you can set your own setting for battery output. Even level one was helping way to much, put it at 8%. Put on a drink holder in the front (not much room inside frame) a rear rack, phone bag in the front, seat post shock and its good for long trips! Going to order my wife the Step through model!

There are only 3 things that need to be improved 1. The location of the water bottle lugs negates the ability to step through the frame! Useless. 2. The location of the rear rack lugs are also useless as they are angled at 45 degrees away from the rear! Impossible to use any rack using those lugs to attach the rack (including the rack Ride1Up sells!). (See my review and pics) 3. The rear brake rotor has zero clearance with the frame. It sometimes rubs against the frame. I have no idea how to correct it. Other than that I love the bike. It is unique having BOTH a throttle and a torque sensor. The tires are wide enough to ride on any off-road terrain except soft sand but run quiet and smooth on roads. I also appreciate the weight being lower than most full size ebikes. The hydraulic brakes are quiet, smooth and sure stopping given the 180mm rotors.

I own 2 of these….one has 947 miles on it, the other has 449 on it. Not one issue with either of them. They haul ballz, for real. Had a road biker today tell me he has never seen an EBike that quick. My Gf has one as well. For the price you can’t find one that is quicker or a better ride. Customer service has been great, and I love supporting a San Diego based Company. These bikes are on sale now, if you are in the market, get it now. Great deal. I paid a lot more. But worth every penny.

I'm happy to share that the LMT'D did not disappoint when compared to my other very high end rides on a trail I'm very familiar with. Here it is at the famous resting spot called West Point Inn about 2/3 up Tam. And a snap of the bike with its current mods.

Performance meets value in the Ride1Up Lmt'd. This is my first e-bike, and having put in my first 100 miles, I wanted to give my impression. Obviously, it might change with time, and I'm not in the position to compare it with other e-bikes I've owned, but all of my days of research have led me to this model. First--the positives. It arrived nicely protected, with only a minor paint flaw you'd only see on close inspection. Assembly was straightforward enough, but only thanks to the video. The headset assembly was the only place I had to really look that up. Build seems solid, upgraded components are good brand name companies, and the finished look is stealth enough that people don't even notice it's an e-bike (until I zoom past them). 1000w of peak power means it's worthy of my favorite trail, and keeps my legs from turning to jelly. Range has been quite acceptable when you keep the PAS levels low. I've done a few 25 mile rolling hill rides and come back with over 85% power reserve thanks to using the PAS sparingly. For me, the cons are somewhat personal. I could use a few extra inches in the frame, as my riding position is a bit too upright (I'm only 5'9). Seat was swapped out for a more comfortable one. I ditched the pedals for some anodized aluminum ones with much better 'bite' on my riding shoes. Kickstand occasionally hits against my shoes if I'm not mindful of my foot angle. My standard water bottle will not fit, thanks to the low clearance below the seat tube. I've had to go with aftermarket front bottle holder in an already limited space handlebar. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the very generic front fork that is either "too soft", or "locked". I would have ponied up more for a better front shock, even though this was near the top of my budget range already. It's overkill for a commuter, but makes a very solid errand/light trail bike. Compared to the other similar offerings I researched, this one is the value leader for sure.

Ride1Up bike review I purchased a Ride1Up LMT’D about 3 weeks ago and waited until I put 100 miles on the bike so I could give a detailed review. After riding a friend’s e-bike I decided that was the way to go and began my search. Today it seems that everyone is making an e-bikes so I really dove into research on the internet. Reading articles, watching videos and comparing features brought me to Ride1Up. How and where you ride is an important decision in e-bike selection. I mostly ride paved bike trails and bike lanes on city streets so that’s what I focused on. A class 3 bike with a throttle was a must as well as disk brakes and front suspension. Gave a very hard look at the 700 series before deciding on the LMT’D as I would not be using it to commute to work or run errands. Frame selection was also a factor. I like the ease of the step through frame but went with the XC style as I think it would be stronger for my riding weight of 242 lbs. Bike was well padded in its shipping box with only some very minor frame scratches. It comes with a BBT-22 tool that in not the best quality. It had a lot of flashing on the teeth that had to be filed down to fit. One small fly in the ointment was a strange sound and slight jerk on each chain revolution. No such noise or jerk using throttle only. Back in the garage I put it on the bike rack (recommended) and spotted the problem right away. One link in the chain was frozen. In my 55+ years of bike riding I have never encountered this so I was a bit puzzled. Contacted Ride1Up and they referred me to a service video dealing with that exact problem. Following the steps shown I resolved the problem and when riding the next day. Now the fun really ramped up. In level 3 power assist I could hit the advertised 28 MPH. It felt like I was Lance Armstrong winning the Tour De France! During my first 100 miles I did have a flat tire and of course it was on the rear! Luckily it went flat after I made it home so I had all my tools and a bike stand at my disposal. First I watched the video on how to remove the rear tire being careful of the battery connector. Here is where it got interesting. On the LMT’D there are extra brackets on the axle bolts that have to be undone. After that and loosening the axle nuts the rear wheel is supposed to come right out of the drop-outs. On my bike they will not come out or re-install without removing the derailleur! This sucks because this will throw off your shifting. Again there is a video on how to adjust the derailleur and I fixed it. So that is my major gripe with this bike. If they could somehow fix it so the rear tire and rim comes off the dropouts without removing the derailleur it would be ideal. That said, would I buy this bike again? Absolutely! Comparing it to other bikes on the market I believe it has features of bikes costing $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 more. Smooth ride, good power, great brakes, wonderful handling.

Finished assembling mine last night at 1:30a...and had to ride it. It flies and is smooth while moving quickly. I'm 5'4" and bought the XR. It's a bit tough to stand over, but I like the ride and riding geometry a lot (it's at a good place on the spectrum between aggressive and comfortable, for me). Only one snag assembling it (one of the gaskets on the head tube would 'seat' itself), but relatively simple. Can't wait until the next ride. Thanks again to Apollo for talking me through my decision process. Comfortable seat, excellent tires, torquey motor, torque sensor, solid front shock, stealthy look, decent battery and nice components...if you have shopped like I did for the past few months, and you don't want a behemoth fat tire for road riding, the Lmt'd is the clear winner.

I’m a longtime road cyclist and the LMT’D was my first dip into the e-bike world. Before purchasing it I spent a few weeks agonizing over the decision and comparing it to other models, both from R1UP and a handful of other companies. I’m so glad I went with the LMT’D. In the five or so months I’ve had it, it’s completely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. It doesn’t feel like a beast. Maybe it’s because the only other e-bike I’ve ridden was a 60+ pounder that I rented for a day, but I definitely don’t feel at all like I’m straining to handle this bike or keep it upright. I live in the mountains, and it handles super-smoothly, taking tight downhill curves like a charm. Within a half hour of riding the bike felt like an extension of my body. The only time I really notice its weight is when I’m wheeling it out of my garage and over a small concrete barrier. One of the reasons I decided to get an e-bike was because I'd been dealing with on-and-off-again chronic lower back pain. The riser bars are super-comfortable and secure-feeling and put me in an almost upright riding position, which my lower back appreciates. In fact, riding the LMT’D with a little bit of assistance has given me enough confidence to get back into road riding, another great perk. It’s been a perfect bridge. The other reason is to cut down on short car trips and take my two year old around on local backroads. Check, and check. You can definitely get a good workout in if you want to. On the hills/mountains around here, even the highest PAS setting and throttle can’t save you, at least not for long. After each big climb my heart was pounding, and my legs are worn out, in a good way, the day after any long ride. I use the throttle sparingly, for 10 to 15 seconds at a time, max. It’s ridiculously fun, but I enjoy it more when I only indulge on special occasions. I dream about riding this thing, and I’ll take any excuse to wheel it out. Not only that, but I can definitely see it replacing my car for lots of errands. I see many happier years ahead!

My first e-bike and I couldn’t ask for a better one! I ride it about 8 miles a day on fairly flat surfaces and the power is amazing, very quiet, and can go over gravel, large bumps, small bumps, unexpected sticks in the road, and basically anything else you can imagine while riding around town. My 6 pound dog loves riding in a front basket I attached to it! I have used it a few times up very steep trails and she said it has amazing power! I changed the seat for more padding, I am 5’6” and I think the frame could be a bit tall if you are much shorter than that. I have the seat on lowest setting. I love the “oomph” it has but do with it had some more color choices. I contacted them a few times and they responded within a few hours to some questions I had.

First the positive news... delivery was only a week, assembly was easy, the bike looks great, plenty of power for hills, able to go 47 miles on PAS, ..28 mph is easy to achieve, comfortable seat, Negative part...motor makes more noise than anticipated, screw missing, chain was twisted and link needed to be removed, At 53+ pounds the bike is heavy witch gives you a solid ride. Looking for Ebikers in Escondido Ca. Been riding for two months....190 miles. Plan on an update after 500+- miles. Chuck????????????

Purchased the Lmtd its my 1st e bike and I’m in love with how quick the bike gets up to speed I already have 40 miles on it so far and I really like it the battery for me is a little on the low end barely achieving the 30 miles but I’m not a light rider I would say I’m about 210 lbs and I’ve used it on the level 3 PAS…. great bike took me quite some research but this is the best bang for your buck it was between the Aventon and this and I chose this glad I did

    Great bike for the price. It was delivered after only 2 days of ordering it online. Arrived with a few scratches. But it doesnt matter. The bike is still in great condition. Just hope they will do the packaging better next time.

    Purchased my LMT’D XR back in August ’22, and have been very pleased with the performance. This is my 5th ebike purchased or built, and it’s quickly become my favorite.

    Design/Build – this bike has a well designed and welded frame…welds are smoothed and integrated to the design. Most bikes at or even well above this price point have visible welds. Paint is good (Sand/Black). and I love how the battery and controller is integrated, with a clever black paint treatment that tricks the eye and makes the frame appear less bulky and is continued on the down tube. Logos and branding are muted, and love the classy chunky Ride1UP medallion mounted up front on the head tube.
    Components – Tektro hydraulic brakes are perfectly balanced, easy to modulate with a light squeeze. The Shimano 8 speeds rather than 7 like most others is great, the shifts are precise up and down the range. Power from the MXUS 100nm motor is impressive, with quiet operation. The torque sensor really is the best of both types, and delivers a natural ride quality along with better range abilities, and in tandem with a rear hub motor, really sets this bike apart from others. The display controller settings let you set power outputs at various assist levels, along with other useful options. Adjustable air shocks are very nice bonus at this price point, they have plenty of travel and smooth out the rougher terrain easily. The Groove E tires are a great balance to sizing and ride quality, and this logo is muted too.
    Riding – Compared to the other ebikes i’ve owned, this one is the favorite of all. With 300 miles logged, have had zero issues with bike and components. The power delivery is natural, easily modulated and range has been well above stated numbers. I weigh 190 and do 25-35 miles with various terrains, power assist levels and liberal throttle usage with plenty of juice left over. Frame is stiff but still limber, and feels agile for a ebike. It will transition to rougher terrain with ease, and feels super smooth on pavement. Ride position is slightly upright, and bars have a little sweep maybe 6-8 degrees, which I like. Good on commutes, but fun to just ride light trails too. Easily handles inclines, and throttle gives full power at any PAS level.

    Overall – Outside of minor delivery damage which was well supported and cared for, I would rate this bike and company 9 out of 10. Love the extra power promised, a true Class 3 bike runs 31+mph. Long range ability, torque sensor and throttle combo are rare and work perfectly in combo with the MXUS hub motor. Better components with out the fluff; I prefer to have my own seat choice and other accessories so would rather have the money in build and components, and this bike has it in covered. Assembly was a snap with easy to follow instructions online.

    Great bike, Have a 500 series and decided to keep and get the top of line. Wish battery lasted a little longer but got a spare and I am good to go. Highly recommend this Limited ebike

    Love it! It is fast comfortable and easy to ride especially with the air suspension and the tires it comes with. I wish it came with a comfier saddle though. Also I wish the XR top tube was a bit lower, especially towards the head tube. The gap between the top tube and the down tube not only looks weird but also is a bit higher for me.
