What a fantastic product! Everything about this bike is very well thought out. The “gold” edition is just damn sexy. Its packed with the features and the power you would expect from a class 3 pedelec while STILL being several pounds lighter AND half the price of competitors.

After putting about 100 miles on it, I can say with confidence that this bike is my favorite possession. [It] is an absolute dream and you’ll never want to stop riding it. I’d keep writing, but I’m off to put another 100 miles on it.

Outstanding, Incredible, Amazing, Spectacular! I could come up with one hundred more adjectives to describe the 500 series City Ebike. I had been shopping, and test riding, numerous ebikes.. In the end the 500 series City checked all the boxes from components, to ride, to appeal, to value.

I just received my 500 series MTB, it was everything I was expecting & more. The bike arrived in perfect condition, the assembly was effortless. The customer service has been white glove, these guys have delivered on exactly what they promised. I was so delighted, I ordered a second one.

Wow, what a great product! I’ve ridden bikes for almost 50 years and getting into the electronic bike arena was a stretch to my comfort zone, so I did a lot of research. You might find shops trying to hit this price with something, but they are certainly NOT this quality.

We bought 2 bikes and use them in the mountainous area of the Berkshires and the performance was outstanding. Very comfortable ride. We had tested other bikes including some of the 3 – 4,000 price range bikes and this is just as good or better. The price is an astonishing bargain.

When I found out about Ride1up and checked out their bikes on the website, I almost thought that it was a scam. No one offers bikes of this quality at anywhere near these prices. But I ordered a bike, and it is fantastic! The battery life and the acceleration exceeded my expectations.

The bike rides great and feel very sturdy. As my first ebike, I did a ton of research before making a purchase. Ride1Up made the most sense as the parts provided were either the same or equivalent to other bike models out there that were $300+ more.

Bikes are unbelievable. Very comfortable and seem to be built very well. Time will tell with durability and battery life. Very happy that we bought them.
